• Order data: shipping address, contact number, items purchased, order value, payment status. Card / UPI details never touch our servers — they go directly to Razorpay.
• Marketing preferences: whether you opted in to WhatsApp / email updates.
• Site usage: pages viewed, cart activity, referral source. Collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; never linked to your name.
• Support conversations: WhatsApp messages you exchange with us via +91 99207 32303.

3 · HOW WE USE IT

• Fulfil and deliver your orders.
• Send transactional messages: OTP, order confirmation, shipping updates.
• Send marketing messages — only if you opted in. You can opt out any time.
• Detect fraud and abuse.
• Improve the site — anonymised analytics only.

4 · WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share the minimum data required with:

• Shipping partners — Delhivery / Bluedart / Shiprocket — to deliver your order.
• Payment gateway — Razorpay — to process the transaction.
• WhatsApp Business API — Meta — to send OTP + order updates.
• Analytics — Google Analytics + Microsoft Clarity — anonymised page-view data.

We never sell your data. We do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

5 · COOKIES

Our site uses first-party cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and remember your marketing preferences. Third-party cookies from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Razorpay are used for analytics and payments. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings — the site will continue to work.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or above. Payment details never touch our servers — they go directly from your browser to Razorpay. We use WhatsApp OTP so no passwords are stored. We conduct periodic security reviews.

9 · CHILDREN

Our website and products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10 · CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or the account area. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
