Refund and Returns Policy

At AB Perfumes, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return or refund process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used perfumes, opened packaging, or broken seals are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used perfumes

  • Items with tampered packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Change of mind or fragrance preference

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@abperfumes.com with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Return Pickup & Shipping

  • Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

  • In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. In such cases, reasonable shipping charges will be reimbursed.

  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your payment was made via COD, we will issue the refund via UPI or bank transfer.

Replacements

  • If the product is eligible, we can ship a replacement unit instead of a refund—based on your preference and availability.

  • Replacement is free of charge in case of damage or error on our part.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery (if eligible).
