Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly at info@abperfumes.com.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Please note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies

Tracking Your Order

All customers receive tracking information via email or SMS once their order is dispatched. You can also log in to your AB Perfumes account to check the status of your order anytime.

Secure Packaging

We take great care in packing our perfumes to ensure they reach you safely. Each order is bubble-wrapped and securely boxed to prevent damage or leakage.

Courier Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please contact us at info@abperfumes.com with your order ID.
For incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts due to unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
In rare cases of lost or damaged parcels, we will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Address Modifications

Need to change your shipping address? Kindly inform us within 2 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made after dispatch.
