TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of abperfumes.com (the “Site”) and every order placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by SCENT DE PARFUMS (“AB Perfumes”), Palnapada, Naigaon (E), Maharashtra 401 208, India. Licence: MH/COS/32-MH/103553.

1 · ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 or older, and legally able to enter into a contract, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2 · YOUR ACCOUNT

• Login is via WhatsApp OTP on your mobile number. Keep your phone secure — anyone with access to the OTP can log into your account.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Do not share your account. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions.
• We may suspend or terminate any account we believe is being used for fraud or abuse.

3 · PRODUCTS & PRICING

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for reference — actual product may vary slightly in colour or packaging.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order (out of stock, pricing error) we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4 · ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• Cash-on-delivery is available on select PIN codes; a nominal handling fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — you will be refunded in full.
• Once you place an order you consent to receive order-related messages via WhatsApp, SMS and email.

5 · SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines, coverage, and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. In summary: pan-India delivery via reputed couriers, dispatched within 1–2 business days, delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your PIN.

6 · CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns & Cancellation pages. Key points:

• Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp for a full refund.
• We do not accept returns of opened / used fragrances for hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or defective on arrival — WhatsApp us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

7 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — logos, product names, product photography, copy, layout, code — is owned by SCENT DE PARFUMS or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.

8 · ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or brute-force the Site.
• Use bots to place orders or manipulate promotions.
• Purchase products for commercial resale without written authorisation.
• Impersonate anyone, or use another person’s payment method without consent.
• Post abusive or misleading reviews.

9 · LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — e.g. missed appointments due to a delayed delivery.

10 · INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify AB Perfumes against any loss arising out of your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal fees.

11 · GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12 · CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
